Returns and Exchanges

• Crayons: Due to the personalized and handcrafted nature of our crayons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the items arrive damaged or defective. If your crayons are broken upon arrival, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
• Other Products: We accept returns or exchanges for non-crayon items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Before returning any item, please reach out to us through email at packofjoy.poj@gmail.com within the applicable timeframe. Provide your order number, details about the product, and the reason for the return.
2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Exceptions

• Custom Orders: Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
